ARCANA Forensics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the Security Operations Forensics Toolkit and associated tooling in accordance with your purchased subscription tier.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")

The software is provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developers do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ARCANA Forensics or its developers be held liable for any damages, evidentiary challenges, data loss, or court admissibility disputes arising from the use or inability to use this software.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
